By purchasing or using Profit Goal Tracker or other CWI Trading products (the “Products”), you agree to these Terms of Service between you and Carson Wealth Investments LLC (“we,” “us”).
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Products for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute, or share access to the Products, their files, license keys, or URLs with non-purchasers.
All purchases are final. Because our Products are digital goods delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds or exchanges. If a Product is not functioning as described, contact support@cwitrading.co and we will provide technical support to resolve the issue. Payments are processed by our third-party merchant of record, which may apply its own policies to disputed transactions or chargebacks.
Our Products are record-keeping, educational, and motivational tools only. They do not provide investment, financial, tax, or legal advice, do not connect to any brokerage, and do not recommend any trade or strategy. See our Earnings Disclaimer.
Data you enter into our software is stored locally on your own device. You are responsible for maintaining backups using the built-in backup feature. We cannot recover data lost from your device or browser.
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carson Wealth Investments LLC is not liable for any losses — including trading losses or lost data — arising from use of the Products.
